Lee Hampson joins us as an instructor and program facilitator with a background of over 15 years in the restoration, project management and insurance market.
Formerly one of the toughest estimate reviewers in the industry, he is now on the training, onboarding and compliance side of the industry contributing to industry standards that drive efficiency and profits for contractors.
His approach is collaborative, supportive and thought provoking challenging contractors to enhance efficiencies in the field. He has a construction engineering technician designation, is WETT certified and maintains several IICRC courses on route to obtain his master designations.
